Planet Waves O-Port Reviews 4

The O-Port comes in Black and Ivory. I own the black one and it accents my acoustic nicely. My history as a musician is, I've been playing professionally for 15 years. Cover band, original, jazz trios, if it needs bass or guitar I'll take a stab at it!

I won this item from a Facebook Giveaway on the Planet Waves site. New these are around $20.

The O-port is simple, lightweight and durable. Once installed you don't notice it's there, just that it gives you super mojo. More sustain, volume, warmer tone, clearer harmonics and yes, the unit blocks feedback too.

The O-port is a pain to install and uninstall. You must loosen your strings to install it. If you are happy with it and can plan installation and de-installation around string changes, you'll be alright.

The O-port is a rubbery/plastic material. I've installed and uninstalled it a few times. Using it properly there's no way you could break it.

You have nothing to lose but $20. I think the O-port is great. If you want to take your budget acoustic to the next level, the O-port and a fresh set of strings will really enhance your tone.
